9/22/21 review. I waited a good couple of years to write this review because the hot water heater tank they installed was damaged, so I wanted to make sure there were not anymore issues. I was very excited when I found this company with all the 5 star reviews. A company is only as good as its employees. Clearly they have some excellent plumbers, wish I had got different ones from this company. First, I thought the price was high, I know I could of done better, but when your hot water tank goes, you can't afford to wait. I had got 2 estimates and theirs was better than the 1st one I got, however $2,800 for a 40 gallon hot water heater with a vent pump seems pricey to me! There were 2 plumbers that came to do the job. They had to bring the tank in through the bulk head in the back of the house, so it was tight. They took it out of the box first, then brought it in. I heard a big bang when I was upstairs. I went down to investigate and they said nothing happened. I noticed a small dent in the wall and on the top of the tank and the plastic casing on the vent pump had a 6 inch crack in it, I had to tape it up with packing tape so that mice would not get into the warm casing, chew on the wires or nest in there. I didn't want it, but they argued with me and said, a lot of them come from the manufacturer like that and wouldn't switch it out. It was pretty clear that they banged the tank against the wall when they were coming in. I also have a drip tray under the tank. When they put the tank in they put the drain hole right up against the chimney so that I would never be able to get a pan under it if I had to. They didn't take much pride in their work or what they were doing and talked the entire time about everything and anything besides plumbing. They said they didn't even notice the drain hole! Perhaps they wouldn't of had to come back and rectify that if they had paid attention to what they were doing in the first place. I gave this company 1 star because lying and not owning up to your mistakes is extremely unprofessional and poor business practice. I sent a text to the owner stating all of this, with the number we had been communicating with and he never responded to it! If you use this company, I advise you baby sit them and watch everything they do!

Thanks to Enrique and Chris! They performed an incredible job installing our new tankless heat system. This is our second time working with Matt & his company Plumbing Solutions. In both occasions the team was fast, efficient, reliable & gave us an extremely reasonable price. We highly recommend the company if you’re in need of plumbing/heating work!!!!!

Enrique and Tom came to my house to fix a broken circulator pump and replace the air vents in my natural gas boiler + baseboard heat system. They were friendly and professional and they did a great job for a fair price. Enrique even came back the next day to replace one of the fittings that had a defect and was leaking. Thank you for the great work. I'd highly recommend Plumbing Solutions to family, friends, and neighbors.

Enrique was very personable and explained what he was doing and why. Very knowledgeable. I knew having my heating system checked might be a good idea but now I know my system needed maintenance and it will efficiently heat my home and safely keep my family warm.
